smiling and standing stationary for 2 consecutive hours,at least 250 good afternoons ,who else can wrestle this honour from me?
i smiled for everyone.
you may say,y bother right jensen?they just want their bloody ticket and see bill gates dig his nose.
this is a test of my patience.to see if i can ever make the cut in the service industry.if you can't even give one little smile for the one you're serving,wham,wiped out.
but whats the best thing?some of them smile back.
and everytime they smile back,there's some warmth in my heart.
and there are funny incidents of course.like the man with two tiny mice in his nostrils.feel like pulling them out for him.and this guy who asked for a longer string.almost blurted out "mister,your head too big la,think you need 2."
end of the day,everyone's happy.
