Zoo part 1

finally went to the zoo.felt it was time to keep in touch with the animals i last saw when i was 10.was pretty awkward walking around the zoo alone.saw some young couples(like 15 16 year-olds).they weren't dressed to sweat at all...it was darn hot.

find the siamang.quite hard to spot.
some ass-sniffing greater mousedeers.
this binturong moved only because the keepers cleaning the enclosure woke it up

the asian small-clawed otter.one of my fav animals.sleek and handsome.

what can i say....the majestic white Bengal Tiger.i was so in awe of their size and magnificence that i spent a good 10 minutes staring at them.love tigers.

the supposed ballerina of the river.the pygmy hippo.i'd say a very fat and clumsy one,and needless to say, ugly.

the hamadryas baboons.they're gathered together only because the crowd is throwing them pieces of banana and oranges.check out that baboon standing on the left.it was hopping frantically trying to get some attention.soon,it was outdone by a female.she was somersaulting.

the golden-lion tamarin.i'm sorry you can only catch a glimpse of its head because they simply refused to get out of their cage.once, they were free-ranging in the zoo until some fuckers caught and smuggled them out of the zoo.at least they're safe now.they're beautiful creatures.hope those fuckers are dead.i hate poachers in case no one knows.

these 2 chaps caught my by surprise when i was on the walkway to the elephants.they were wrestling and weren't really bothered by my appearance.i offered to be their referee but they ignored me.and i still don't know what monkeys they are.

here you have the squirrel monkey at the small mammals exhibit.and that's what's left of it when the ocelet sprung a surprise attack.no la....it's only chicken.took a close-range shot of the common iguana in the reptile house.don't think it bothered eating my handphone.it's veggie anyway.

the monitor lizard that prowls the mangrove swamps and basically anywhere else. this guy's called the fly river turtle.dunno which idiot named it.sounds like a direct translation from mandarin.

here's 2 red lories and 3 butterflies feeding on nectar in the Fragile Forest exhibit.perfect for a close-up.notice how people are like animals.when they're eating, they don't give a fuck what's happening around them.

this whistling wood duck just stopped in the middle of the path to quench its thirst.and i was laughing like crazy when i saw it.anyway i found another 3 ducks in the bushes.they sure don't care about strangers.

the ring-tailed lemur was prancing around the raised platform.think it was hungry.anyway it
reminds me of that Ali G lemur in Madagascar."I like to move it move it."classic.anyway can you spot the two-toed sloth in the picture on the left?

Moving on to Wild Africa.

in case you can't see these are lions.the male was roaring away at another one at the back of the enclosure that you can't really see.And there's this air-coned shelter with a glass front for viewing the lions nearby.dunno why these lions need special treatment.maybe they're not called King of the animals for nothing.

shit, which one leopard which one jaguar?see already also blur.check out the spot patterns.
