walking lame
the funny thing about climbing is, there are so many injuries that you can choose from to impede your progress.
swollen joints, pulley injuries, ankle sprains or dislocated shoulders. or maybe falling on someone and getting injured somewhere.and knocking your head into the wall is a great way to the highway to hell.
and now, presenting the new kid on the block.
peroneal tendon subluxation. sounds like some new species of crab from the Arctic ocean.
can't run for 2-4 weeks. probably can't climb either.
sian, it's back to the drawing board and charting a new training program.
just why the fuck is it that i'm always the one who gets these funny injuries? sprained finger during a captain's ball game, fine, i accept it. but my peroneal tendon dislocating just for stepping up? that's new, and fucking lame. at least make it spectacular please?!
ok, the above was all typed out in spite. please pray for my health.
