Jensen's Fudgy and Chewy Brownies.

due to unforseen circumstances,i cant post pictures of this fabulous brownie that i've baked.but i can share the recipe with you.i came up with it.power sia...

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1.5 oz unsweetened baking choc
1.5 oz semisweet baking choc
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

toast walnuts till you see oil on the surface.deskin the walnuts if it isn't so.set to cool.
melt butter and chocolate and mix together till well-blended.wait for mixture to cool slightly.
add eggs one at a time.add vanilla.
set aside.

sift flour into a large bowl.add in sugar and salt.mix evenly with a fork.this prevents the flour from lumping.
add flour mixture into butter mixture slowly,mixing slowly.
blend till dry ingredients are just well-moistened.if not the brownie will not be as fudgy.
mix in walnuts.
grease a 8 inch square pan.
lay a piece of parchment paper or baking paper across the bottom of the pan extending to 2 of the sides.this makes it easy to remove the brownie from the pan.
pour batter into pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25 min.i added 5 min at 160 C.
presto.
